1787 Massachusetts copper colonial Half Cent, R4-C, W5940, R1.  From the Furnace Run collection as #FRMA08, where it was considered EF40 when raw but now resides in a PCGS VF35 gold shield holder.  Rich glossy dark chocolate color with bold details and attractive surfaces.  Certainly a PLUS coin and one that pre-old from the Furnace Run collection before it ever made it to my website, so here is the first offering on Earlycoppercoins.com.
