1787 New Jersey copper M39-a W5195 Small Planchet Plain Shield PCGS VF30

1787 New Jersey copper, M39-a, W5195, Small Planchet Plain Shield, R2.  This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as VF30, and it's a sharp example with original surfaces and color.  I really like the definition in the horse's hair and in the shield lines, BUT my favorite part of this coin is the soft cameo appearance with dark chocolate brown fields beneath medium chocolate brown devices.  Common variety, sharp and attractive for the grade, and feels like a lot of coin for the money as a PCGS VF30.
