1838 N10 R1 Coronet Large Cent PCGS MS66BN CAC Choice!

From the Heritage sale of 01/08/14, lot #3369, described as: "1838 1C MS66 Brown PCGS. CAC. N-10, High R.2. A heavy die crack through F AM confirms the Newcomb marriage. The late die state with an offset field near the M. Lustrous and magnificently preserved with a crisp strike on the major motifs, though a few stars are incomplete. Our EAC grade MS62."  That does not tell the full story because as you can see in the photos, this coin is CHOICE with bold flashy luster and some gorgeous underlying toning, especially on the reverse.  This coin realized $3290 back in 2014, and I am pleased to offer it here at very close to that price - make sure you sign in to see the net price!  Ex-Mark Cadden 03/03/23.
