ORDERS: SHAWNYANCEY@MCHSI.COM

Shipping - I offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders!

Sales Tax - Coin sales in Missouri are TAX-EXEMPT!

Return Privilege - I offer a 5-day, no questions asked return privilege.  Coins must be in their original holder and returned in the same condition in which they were received.  Returns must be sent back to me by USPS registered mail with full insurance.  Please email me prior to making a return!

Payment Forms Accepted - I accept payment by check, money order, or Paypal.  If you pay by check, your coin(s) will not ship until your check clears, which is usually 5-10 business days.  If you pay by money order, your coin(s) will ship within 1-3 days after payment receipt.  You can also pay by credit card (or other funding sources) by using your Paypal account.  If you are sending me a Paypal payment, my user ID is "shawnyancey@mchsi.com."

Layaways - On occasion, I can offer the following standard layaway terms: 1/3 of purchase price due at time of order; 1/3 due in 30 days; and the remaining 1/3 due in 60 days.  The coin is kept in my possession, and will not be shipped until it is paid in full.  This is an interest-free, same-as cash layaway plan that is offered at my discretion based on the customer and the coin(s) involved.  If you need to purchase a coin on layaway, just ask me and I will try and make it work!

Want Lists - Wants lists are an important part of my business.  I have dozens of wholesale and retail contacts, and I have been very successful in being able to fill some tough holes in many coin collections.  Some of the coins that I have handled include 1794 C2b / C3b / C4b half cents, several 1796 half cents, 1797 C3b lettered edge, 1802 C1 reverse of 1800, 1805 C2, 1809 C1 in late die state, 1811 C1 with 2-star break, EVERY variety of 1793 large cents INCLUDING S15, multiple S48 Starred Reverse large cents, S80 Jefferson Head cents, lots and lots of 1799/8 and 1799 large cents, and even more 1804 large cents.  Not to mention hundreds of R4-R7 half cent and large cent varieties, as well as NC's.  So, if you have a list of coins that you are looking for, please email me your list so that I can help you with your search!

Email List - I have an email distribution list that I use to keep my customers informed about my business.  I use the list to send out emails 2-3 times each month.  These emails notify my customers about updates to my website, new ebay auctions that I am running, special sales or promotions, or new want list coins that I need.  The list is sent blind carbon copy, which means that all the identities are kept private.  If you would like to be added to this list, please email me your full name and email address, and I will add you.  You can also be removed at any time - just send me an email asking to be removed.

EAC Membership - EAC (Early American Coppers) is a coin club of highly-specialized collectors that cherish colonials, half cents, and large cents.  You can become a member by visiting the EAC website at www.eacs.org. For modest annual dues, you will receive the EAC newsletter, "Penny Wise," every two months, as well as gain access to the membership section of the website.  You will also receive the catalog to the annual EAC auction, which is a members-only event.  In addition to hosting an annual EAC convention that rotates it's location every April (2005 was in Baltimore; 2006 was in West Palm Beach; 2007 will be in St. Louis), there are also EAC meetings at all of the larger coin shows, and at many smaller regional shows.  There are 7 different regions, plus an internet region that communicates Sunday nights by email (Region 8).  If you love the early copper coins as much as I do, I highly recommend that you consider joining the rest of us copper nuts within the EAC!

Contact Information - Since I have a "real job" and because my family gets first priority on my free time, I prefer to be contacted by email at shawnyancey@mchsi.com.  If you need to speak with me in person, just send me an email with your phone number and your question, and I will contact you as soon as I can.  Thank You!
