1786 New Jersey Copper M24-P W4965 R2 Narrow Shield Curved Beam VF20+

1786 New Jersey copper, M24-P, W4965, Narrow Shield with Curved Plow Beam, R2.  What a PRETTY coin!  Glossy peanut butter tan brown surfaces with a splash of maroon toning.  Very sharp, including the fine details in the horse's mane, and perfectly centered on each side with particularly bold denticles on the obverse.  Really a pretty coin for a common R2 variety.  Ex-Bowers & Merena 11/09/06:37; unknown; CVM to SAY 11/18/22.
