1787 Fugio Cent N15-Y W6915 R2 8-pointed Stars PCGS VF20

From the Furnace Run collection.  1787 Fugio cent, N15-Y, W6915, 8-Pointed Stars on Label, R2.  This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as VF20, and it is a gorgeous, original example with bold details and attractive unmolested surfaces.  The central detail in the sundial on the obverse and on the label on the reverse are particularly strong on this example, and the 8-pointed star feature is very bold on the top star on the reverse.  The only detraction is a tiny planchet flaw on the obverse at the S in BUSINESS.  Overall a very nice example, and please note that N15-Y is the ONLY Newman variety that fits the 8-pointed stars Redbook / PCGS registry set variety.  Ex-Ebay 2013; Furnace Run collection.
