1787 Fugio Cent N17-S W6935 R3 4 Cinquefoils STATES UNITED PCGS VF20

From the Furnace Run collection.  1787 Fugio Cent, N17-S, W6935, 4 Cinquefoils with STATES UNITED, R3.  This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as VF20, and this is a sharp, crusty original example with nice rich dark brown color and lighter brown highpoints.  This one screams originality, and the eye appeal is very positive based on the strength of the details and the contrasting colors.  There is some minor roughness only visible with a VERY strong glass - you almost can't even see it in my huge photos, and the eye appeal is very positive.  The Newman 17-S attribution is listed on the PCGS label.  Ex-Ebay 2019; Furnace Run collection.
