1787 New Jersey Copper 1/2p M37-f W5155 R4 Goiter PCGS G4 CHOICE Long Island

1787 New Jersey 1/2p, M37-f, W5155, Goiter obverse, R4.  This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as G4, and it is CHOICE for the assigned grade, and to my eyes, UNDER-GRADED!  Excellent glossy peanut butter tan brown color with smooth surfaces, bold VG+ obverse with strong Goiter, and some evidence of undertype on the shield.  Just a great coin - let the photos speak for themselves.  From the Long Island collection, sold by Heritage on 04/18/22 as lot #44374 for $630 to CVM, then CVM to me on 09/17/22.  Sure, it's just a GOOD but try to find another gorgeous glossy tan example with a BOLD Goiter like this coin!  (If you do find it, I want it!)
