1787 New Jersey Copper M28-L W5065 R3 Outlined Shield VF20+

1787 New Jersey copper M28-L / W5065, Outlined Shield, R3.  This is a sharp and attractive example with glossy medium tan brown color with a splash of darker maroon toning at the top of the obverse.  A glass reveals some very minor hairlines and other evidence of circulation, but the coin is very attractive for the grade.  Mike's notes say VF30, MDS 1-1/3 knobs, 147.2gr, and Philly Show 09/25/09.  Ex-Mike Demling; to me at EAC St. Louis 05/15/22.
