1793 S-1 Chain Large Cent AMERI. Reverse NGC AG Details R4

1793 S-1 Chain Large Cent, AMERI. Reverse, R4.  This coin has been authenticated and graded by NGC as AG Details Damaged.  This is a GREAT example, with nice original chocolate brown color and good eye appeal.  The obverse features a strong LIBERTY and portrait, and you might be able to imagine a bit of the date.  Here is also where you will find the "Damage" in the form of a rim bump at K7.  A glass also reveals some VERY light hairlines, so light that you almost can't even see them in my blown up photos.  The reverse is even stronger with the same nice brown color, bold chain, ONE CENT, and fraction, with most of the other legends visible includinghte important AMERI. feature.  There is also a minor planchet flaw on the reverse.  Certainly not a perfect coin, but VERY nice for a low-grade S-1, and if you like the photos, you will love this coin in person!  Purchased from Ken Goldman at Baltimore on 11/15/24.  NGC certification #2692413-011.
