1794 C-2a Liberty Cap half cent, Low Relief Head, Small Edge Letters, R2+. This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as AG3, and frankly that a little unfair because the obverse is easily G5+ with a FULL DATE, while the reverse, I will give you, is AG3. So I think G4 would have been a better overall grade, but . . . GORGEOUS glossy peanut butter tan brown color with a spot of strawberry toning at K2 reverse. Definitely a PLUS coin, especially for an AG3. PCGS certification# 350124.3/53909261 with "C-2a Sm Edge Letters" on the label. A duplicate from the Furnace Run Collection.
