1795 Liberty Cap Half Cent C-6a R2+ PCGS F12 Plain Edge No Pole CAMEO

1795 C-6a Liberty Cap half cent, Plain Edge No Pole, R2+.  This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as F12, and it's an EXTREMELY attractive example because it features a gorgeous cameo of medium peanut butter tan brown against rich dark chocolate brown.  Additionally, this coin actually has STRONG details on each side, including a legible date which is always hard to come by on 1795 C-5's and C-6's.  Close examination reveals some minor diagonal album "slide marks" which are just barely visible in the obverse photo, and only visible in hand if you tilt the coin at just the right angle under a bright light.  Head-on or naked-eye and they are nearly invisible.  The PCGS Price Guide says $2,000 so that is where I will start, LESS discount to my website members.  PCGS certification# 1018.12/20407999 with "Plain Edge, No Pole" listed on the label.  A duplicate from the Furnace Run collection.
