CHOICE 1835 Head of 1836 Coronet Large Cent Off-Center Mint Error CHOICE VG8+

1835 Head of 1836 Coronet Large Cent, unattributed but likely N16 since I have two other off-center 1835's and those are both N16.  This coin is an absolutely CHOICE smooth glossy chocolate brown with some attractive woodgrain color on the reverse.  Struck 25% off-center toward obverse K2, and as such, the date is fully-featured as the focal point of the obverse.  To me, off-centers that have the date struck off the planchet are underwhelming, but coins like this which retain the date and are also CHOICE are quite desirable.  Definitely a WOW coin!  Ex-Mike Demling at EAC St. Louis 05/15/22.
