I am pleased to announce the sale of the M. Scott
Barrett collection of middle date large cents, 1816-1839 complete by Newcomb
variety except for two coins which were sold back to the original seller.
The only two coins missing now are 1825 N5 and 1834 N7, otherwise all the
others are here! This set has been put together by Scott for nearly
60 years, with the first recorded purchase made in 1964! Scott completed
the set last year in 2022, and I am happy to offer the collection INTACT.

This is a great collection because the most expensive coin is just $7500, and there are a LOT of coins from $25 - $100. So all you
need to do is find an 1825 N5 and an 1834 N7 (hint: Early Cents Auctions will
be selling one soon), and then you can complete the set and then spend as much
time as you like working on upgrades. I think this is a GREAT opportunity
for somebody so that is why we are offering this collection intact.
I have created a Fixed
Price List (FPL) for this collection, and my prices amount to $60,650.
For payment by check or money order, we are offering this collection at a
substantial discount at $50,000 NET. If you have a SERIOUS interest in

collection intact, then regrettably I am unable to send out the FPL out of
respect to whoever ends up purchasing the collection. If nobody jumps on
